Q: What year Jeep® does the JGCParts Heater blend door repair work on?

A: All 1999 through 2004 Jeep

CParts Heater blend door repair. Is there anything else I need to do?

A: Yes. You must
recalibrate the AZC system.

A: You may return the kit within 30 days for a full refund.


Q: What is included in the Heater
Repair kit?

A: You will receive two aluminum blend doors and one aluminum drive connector along with enough adhesive
backed foam tape to reseal the HVAC box.


Q: Is this repair safe to perform?

A: This repair is as safe as you make it. Treat the repair process with respect especially during the cut out
stage. You will be working with power tools and/or sharp cutting utensils that can be dangerous if used
carelessly. Always wear ANSI safety approved eye protection.


Q: Is this hard to do?

A: No. This repair can be finished within 30 - 45 minutes by most people handy with tools. It may take longer if
you are not comfortable working with basic hand tools in this type of scenario.


Q: What tools do I need to do this?

A: A philips screw driver, dremel or similar cutting tool, and a pair of pliers.
