Remove the 4 screws from the door speaker, disconnect and
remove door speaker.
Carefully remove the rubberized weather sheet.
Set both aside for reinstallation later.

Loosen, but do not remove the three 10mm bolts that hold the
regulator to the door panel.
Looking in side the panel, find the two retaining clips on the
window regulator near the bottom of the glass and remove.

Set aside in a safe place. Keep all screws for re-installation.
There are two clips per window. They are simple spring "C" clips,
and can be pryed out or hooked out very easily. Once removed,
these can be discarded. New units come pre loaded on the new
regulator.
Gently seperate the glass and the regulator with one hand as
seen below. Support the weight of the window glass with your
other hand to prevent it from crashing down in the door.

Once the window is released from the old regulator,
slide it all the way up and use the duct tape to hold the
glass safely out of the way.

Remove the three 10mm bolts holding the regulator
motor in place.

Disconnect the window motor 2 pin electrical plug.
The window regulator and motor will be removed by
manipulating the assembly sideways, and then out
through the hole below the speaker opening.

Once the old unit is removed, you can install the new
regulator in reverse order.
After the regulator is installed, and all bolts finger
tightened, remove the duct tape and carefully lower the
glass into position with the new regulator. Press the
studs on the glass through the preloaded spring clips on
the new regulator assembly. They will pop into place,
and automatically latch. Plug in regulator power
connection.
Re-assemble the door and all components in reverse
order.
